Kankakee Woman Guilty of Hitting a Pedestrian then Leaving the Scene

A Kankakee woman has been found guilty in Kankakee County Court of leaving the scene and failing to report and accident that severely injured another.  The incident sent the victim to the hospital with a fractured pelvis, collapsed lung and multiple lacerations.  Iresha White is facing up to 7 years in prison at sentencing.  The happened in July of 2018 on North Chicago Street.
