Kankakee Business Broken into Overnight

City Police say a business in the 300 block of South Schuyler Avenue was broken into early this morning. Reports say officers were called to the business about 2:15 this morning and when they got there, they found the right side front glass door window was broken and the cash register was on the floor in the middle of the room. Officers say a back security room of the business had been ransacked and several other cash drawers were gone through.. City police are looking at security footage to try to identify those responsible for the break-in.
