Kankakee Park Board Approves Bond Sale

At a meeting Monday of the Kankakee Valley Park District Board, trustees gave their approval to a 3.5 million dollar bond sale for capital improvements around the district.   The Daily Journal reports the money will be used for projects all over the city including improvements to Ice Valley Centre and district parks.
