Masks Required Inside Kankakee County Courthouse

If you’re going to the Kankakee County Courthouse for any reason, make sure to take a long a mask. Chief Judge Michael D. Kramer issued an administrative order last week that requires everyone to wear a mask in all public indoor spaces in the courthouse regardless of vaccination status. Kramer said the guidelines were put in place following the recommendations of the State of Illinois, the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Kankakee County Health Department as an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
