Wilmington Woman Arrested for Refusing to Leave Hotel

A Wilmington woman was arrested Tuesday in Joliet after she allegedly refused to leave a hotel when ordered to by police.  Joliet media reports say 36 year old Nicole Hudson was trying to check into the Joliet Plaza Inn and Suites on Jefferson Street without any identification.  Hotel Management called police when she refused to leave.    After allegedly refusing a police order to leave Hudson was arrested.  Joliet police say Hudson struggled with the officer when being taken into custody and tried to hit an officer in the head while being processed.  Hudson is facing numerous charges including aggravated assault.
