The Daily Journal reports there is interest from local group of investors in occupying the now closed 63,000 sq. foot JC Penney location at Northfield Sq. Mall. The building is now owned by the Village of Bradley. Details are few right now but Mayor Mike Watson tells the paper the company is some type of entertainment Company. Village officials say if a deal is finalized, renovations on the building could begin as soon as January.
