No Foul Play Suspected in Body in Tanker Case

Foul play has been ruled out in the death of that 29-year-old Nashville Illinois man whose body was found in a tanker truck near Buckley in June. Media reports say autopsy results released Sunday show Garrett Meyer had “near toxic levels of amphetamines and fentanyl” in his system. Toxicology results also reportedly showed Meyer to have a blood alcohol level of .181.The Iroquois County Sheriff’s department continues to investigate the incident.
