Missing Kankakee Woman

Kankakee  police are again asking for your help in locating a Kankakee woman who’s been missing since June.  20 year old Scarlet Blanco is 5 feet 4, 115 pounds, with brown eyes and curly brown hair and a rose tattoo on her upper right chest.  Before her disappearance she had been staying at hotels and with friends.  If you know of Blanco’s whereabouts call  police or crime stoppers at 932-7463.
