Man Allegedly Pulls Knife on Store Employees

Bradley police arrested a Kankakee man last night who reportedly swiped some drills from Menards.  Police say when store personnel tried to stop 37 year old Marcus A. Phelan of Kankakee outside the store he allegedly pulled a knife on employees before fleeing on foot.  When police arrived they found Phelan hiding behind a car on Uncle Leo Drive, a knife was located under the car.  Phelan has been charged with felony retail theft and aggravated assault.
