After taking last year off because of COVID, the annual Oktoberfest returned to Manteno over the weekend. Mayor Tim Nugent said the Village really put itself on display over the weekend and as soon as things finished it was time to get started on the next big event
Nugent said special protocols were put in place this year to be able to have Oktoberfest while maintaining social distancing.
