Kankakee Positivity Rate Falling Slowly

The Kankakee County Covid 19 positivity rate is falling slowly.  As of Friday it stood at 6.1 percent and is down from the 8 percent recorded on September 14th.  In Will County, their positivity rate has fallen to 4 percent with 55 percent of Will  county vaccinated with at least their first dose.  Kankakee County’s vaccination rate is at 41.7 percent.
