Another Fire at Armstrong

Firefighters were called to Armstrong Industries on Hobbie Avenue Monday afternoon for what’s described as a small fire.   Kankakee Fire said the call came in at noon about a fire in processing unit 2 on the eastside of the building.  Production had to be halted but there were no injuries.  The cause has not yet been released. This is the 2^nd fire at Armstrong in the last three weeks.  An October 21^st fire was in an electrical panel.
