Shots Fired in Kankakee (Unconfirmed)

There’s no comment yet today from city police on social media reports of shots being fired in Kankakee last night.  We’re told the city’s ShotSpotter system detected an estimated 4 shots in the 300 block of North Harrison.  And ShotSpotter also heard what sounded like gunfire on South Wildwood last night.  We hope to have confirmation from city police soon
