Hari Appeals

Emily Claire Hari, formerly Michael B. Hari is appealing her 53 year prison sentence and conviction received after a jury found her guilty of firebombing a Minnesota Mosque in 2017.  Hari who was allegedly the leader of a small militia group in Ford County, is also still awaiting trial on attempted bombing charges in Illinois.  Two others involved in the bombings have pleaded guilty and await sentencing.  Hari’s attorneys have not yet revealed on what grounds they are basing the appeal.
