COVID Rate Continues to Climb in Kankakee County

Instances of COVID-19 continue to go up in Kankakee County. According to numbers released by the Kankakee County Health Department Friday, there have been 263 newly reported cases of COVID-19 in the three-day period since their last update. There were also two new COVID-related deaths. Just over 45-percent of county residents had been vaccinated against the virus as of Friday.
