Wilmington’s Police Chief is Moving On

Wilmington needs a new police chief.  Current Chief Phil Arnold is leaving the department he’s led for the past 7 years.  Arnold is moving on to serve as the new Chief in Shorewood.  He starts the new job on December 28^th.  A replacement for Arnold has not yet been announced.
