Missing Iroquois County Senior Found Safe in Northwest Indiana

A missing person report out of Iroquois County Sunday has a happy ending. Newton County Sheriff’s police say they got information from Iroquois County Sunday morning that an elderly man from the area had gone missing and they were looking for help to locate him. The information said the man had some medical concerns and it was believed he was in either Lake County Indiana or Northern Newton County. Within 11 minutes of getting the report, a Newton County Deputy stopped the man’s car and found him to be safe.
