367 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Kankakee County in the last week. The Kankakee County Health Department reports there have also been six more COVID-related deaths. Nearly 49-percent of Kankakee County residents have been vaccinated against the virus. In its last update, the Iroquois County Public Health Department reported 206 new cases and four more deaths. Just over 46 percent of Iroquois County residents are fully vaccinated.
The Kankakee County Health Department will hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic from nine tomorrow morning until one in the afternoon. The clinic will be held at the Health Department on West Station Street in Kankakee.
