ISP answers more than 2000 calls during storm

The Illinois State Police have released a report following the winter storm that hit Illinois last week. The report says troopers investigated a total of 303 traffic crashes during the storm, responded to 827 calls to assist motorists and had over two-thousand calls for service. The ISP says crashes required multiple interstates to be closed for a time during the storm as well.
