State of Illinois/Chicago To Remove Mask And Vaccine Requirements Feb. 28

Chicago will remove its mask and COVID-19 vaccine requirement for certain public spaces next week.
The change goes into effect February 28th, the same day the State of Illinois will lift the statewide indoor mask mandate.
The change follows continued improvement in key COVID metrics in the city, including daily cases and test positivity.
