Digital Content Manager

Milner Media Partners, LLC is looking for a Digital Content Manager to develop campaigns that drive traffic to digital platforms and generate revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation, social media management, budget and staff oversight, as well as experience with social media analytics and customer relationship management.

Duties

  • Accountable for creating digital content that supports the company’s revenue objectives, and managing the distribution of content across various owned and operated platforms
  • Creates and implements a strategy for the digital presence, ensuring content aligns with the overall brand strategy and station objectives. This includes maintaining consistent tone, image sizes, style, colors, and proper use of the station logo, while ensuring the brand is effectively represented across the appropriate platforms.
  • Maintains functionality of websites, social media accounts, mobile apps and other web-based products and programs.
  • Works with the Sales Director and Program Directors to ensure all contests, events, and promotions are properly executed across all digital platforms.
  • Responsible for the entire podcast process, including scheduling, content development, production, and marketing.
  • Creates graphics for in-house promotions and for owned and operated purchases.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editing, graphic design, communication and project management skills.
  • Expert at using research and data to analyze digital content performance and developing strategies to boost the station’s visibility.
  • Experience in podcast marketing, with previous experience in successfully promoting and growing podcasts.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, autoresponders, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM software, and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of various project management tools and graphic design platforms.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership and project management skills

Experience level

  • Prior experience in the digital content creation realm required.
  • Four-year college degree in mass communications, journalism, broadcasting or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a radio station preferred
