Coal City Man Charged with Agg Battery to Handicapped man

A Coal City man was arrested over the weekend after police say he entered a home uninvited and struck a handicapped resident in the head area.  Police say 29 year old Raymond Harrison then damaged items in the house and left tire marks in the yard before leaving the home in the 600 block of east 4 ^th Street in Coal City.  Harrison was arrested a short time later and claims he was let into the home and never struck anyone.  Harrison says he went to the home because he was upset about the victim’s son coming to his home on drugs earlier in the day.  Harrison is charged with Aggravated Battery to a Handicapped individual a class three felony, and Criminal Trespass to a residence.
