Car Vandalized in Kankakee

City police report another incidence of vandalism to a car. According to reports, officers were called to a home in the 200 block of South Greenwood where a man said he’d parked his car in his garage about 2 Monday morning and when he went out to the garage later in the morning he found three slashed ties and scratches all over the car. The victim said he thought he knew who’d damaged the car, but he didn’t have proof.
