Reports of Shots Fired in Kankakee

City police have not yet commented on reports of shots fired last night in the 300 block of S. Evergreen in Kankakee.  We don’t believe there were any injuries involved and there have been no reports of damage.  We’re told the city’s shot spotter system alerted police to the suspected gunfire
