A Pontiac man has been sentenced to 12 years behind bars in Livingston County Court after earlier pleading guilty to dealing in meth.  34 year old Roy Howard was arrested in November of 2019 as part of an undercover investigation by the Dwight Narcotics Unit.  In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped charges for possession of 28 ecstasy tablets he had on him at the time and for the drugs found during a subsequent search of his Pontiac home.
