A Coal City Teenager is being held on half a million dollars bond after he threatened to blow up the Grundy County Courthouse.  The Grundy County Sheriff’s office says 19 year old Ty Willis allegedly sent messages to friends on Monday saying he had plans to blow up the Grundy County Courthouse with a bomb he had already made.   Police say and investigation determined that there was no bomb.  Willis has been charged with making a terrorist treat, a class one felony.
