Loda Home Fire

A home in Loda suffered extensive fire damage Wednesday.   The one and a half story home in the 200 block of West Jackson Street erupted into flames about 6:30 in the morning.  Loda fire officials say when fire fighters arrived they found the east side of the home already in flames.  It took fire fighters from 3 departments and hour and a half to put out the blaze.  No one was home at the time of the fire and the cause is still under investigation.  Nobody was hurt.
