Failure to Notify Gets Coal City Man in Trouble

Police are looking for a Coal City man who’s accuse of failing to notify police of a move out of his home.  55 year old James Halloran was convicted of murder in Cook County and must notify police of a change in residence.   When he was 26, Halloran was found guilty of murdering a 63 year old cook county resident.   Being on the murder and violent offender registry list he had 5 days to notify authorities of his move out, but did not.  Halloran is now wanted on 10,000 dollars bond.
