Nine-inch Rain causes Flooding in Gibson City

Gibson City’s middle school is serving as a shelter after flooding in the area.  The middle school opened its doors yesterday to people who lost their home, can’t return to their home, or need shelter for other reasons.  The Red Cross has provided between 75 and a hundred cots.  The superintendent says he’s seen about 200 people in and out of the school all day yesterday.
