As the Ford County community of Gibson City and surrounding communities continue to recover from recent flooding, a “Multi-Agency Resource Center” will be open tomorrow to give information and referrals to those affected by the flooding. Tomorrow’s MARC event runs from 10 tomorrow morning until six at night. You can contact Ford County Emergency Management for more information. The National Weather Service says Gibson City and surrounding communities got somewhere between nine and 11 inches of rain over a five-hour period on Thursday August 12.
