Two dead Near Peotone

The Will County Coroner’s office reports a pair of deaths from the same incident Sunday. In a press release, Laurie H. Summers office says 23-year-old Jake W. Murdock of Manhattan was pronounced dead at six yesterday morning at the scene of a car crash on Wilmington Road just a half mile west of I-57. The second death, 26-year-old Ethan R. Ullrich of Manteno happened in the same area. Reports say Ullrich was walking in the area of crash when he was hit by a car. The Will County Sheriff’s police are looking into the deaths.
