Man Leaves Car Running, Car Stolen Minutes Later

A man had his car stolen Wednesday while in the 1000 block of East Willow Street.  The victim tells city police he left his 2019 Hyundai Elantra running while he ran into a Stop and Shop for some food.  While inside the store the victim says he saw a man get into his car and drive away.  Police are looking for the thief and the vehicle.
