Covid 19 Claims Another in Kankakee and Iroquois Counties

The Delta variant of the covid 19 virus continues to rampage through Illinois.  On Friday, the Illinois Department of Health reported more than 30,000 new cases of the virus over the previous week.  Locally, the Kankakee County Health Department Friday reported the counties 244th fatality along with over 300 new cases in the last week.  In Iroquois County, they also report an additional death last week.  It’s the counties 67th, along with 117 new cases.
