COVID Cases in Local Schools

The Herscher School District reported this week that its entire kindergarten class was quarantined last week because of COVID.  Herscher says at least 5 cases of the disease each have also been reported at Herscher Intermediate School, Limestone Middle School and Herscher High School.  The Illinois Department of Public Health also says COVID cases have occurred at Taft Elementary, Chebanse Elementary, Bradley East and Kankakee Junior High.  All those locations are reporting fewer than 5 cases each.
