Covid Numbers Still Up

The Kankakee County health department reports a total of 400 new cases of covid 19 and four additional deaths in Kankakee County between September 7^th and September 14.  That brings the total case count locally to 16, 529 with 248 people dying from the virus.   State officials report 25,956 cases of covid 19 and 285 additional deaths between September 10^th and the 16^th.  In northwest Indiana Friday, Newton County officials reported their 42^nd covid 19 death.
