Shots Fired on North Myrtle in Kankakee

Shots were fired Saturday in the 100 block of North Myrtle in Kankakee.  A witness told officers he saw a man in his 20s, wearing all black, standing in a nearby empty lot shooting towards the southwest before fleeing on foot.  Shell casings were found at the scene.  No one was hurt and there was no damage reported from the gunfire.
