Expect to see an increase in the number of evictions in Kankakee County. That’s the word from County Sheriff Mike Downey during this weeks Kankakee County Board Criminal Justice Committee meeting
Downey said he expects the eviction process to be “interesting”
Illinois’ eviction moratorium expired October 3rd.
