Public Airport Funding to Benefit GKA

Governor J-B Pritzker Has Announced 94 Million Dollars In Funding To Improve Public Airports Throughout Illinois. The Governor Says It’s The Biggest State Investment Ever Into Airport Infrastructure In Illinois. The Greater Kankakee Airport Is In Line To Get $1.6 Million Dollars In Funding From The Program To Widen And Relocate Taxiways. The Total Cost Of That Project Expected To Be Some $1.8 Million.
