New Business Scam

Jasper County Indiana police are warning businesses of a new scam going around the area.  The business gets a call from someone saying they are with local police or the IRS and are completing an audit of the store.  The scammer then attempts to get the employee to empty the cash register and meet with them off-site.  Police are telling businesses to advise their employees that if they get one of these calls they should just hang up
