Local McDonalds Awards $13k in Tuition Assistance

The local Linman Family McDonalds has announced more than 13-thousand-dollars in “tuition assistance” has been awarded to 13 employees in 2021. Director of Operations Johanna Linman says the money was distributed to McDonalds employees from the Beecher, Manteno and Peotone restaurants through the Archways to Opportunity program, which provides employees either already in college or interested in going to college with 25-hundred dollars a year in tuition assistance.
