No Water In Roberts

Residents in Roberts, Illinois in Ford County Monday morning were asked by local officials to cease all water use immediately.  This after the town’s primary water well failed and a backup well is also not operating.  Officials say the water tank would be dry in 24 hours if regular water usage continued.   They are bringing in tanker trucks with water during the emergency and have crews coming to help determine why the well has failed.
