Former Teacher Gets Five Years on Child Sex Charges

A former Reed Custer High School teacher has been sentenced to five years in prison for engaging in sexual contact with a 14 year old boy and for having him send her sexually explicit photos of himself.  53 year old Dayna Chidester of Manhattan had pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of receiving child pornography.  Persecutors say she had contact with the boy on numerous occasions in November and December of 2018 and knew he was only 14 years old at the time.
