Chase Leads Crash In Will County

A Joliet man was arrested after he led police on a chase through parts of Will County Christmas eve. Police say officers attempted to pull over39 year old Jerry Bryant for disobeying a stop sign on Rt. 53 and Main Street in Braceville. Instead of complying, Brant allegedly took off.  The pursuit ended when Bryant lost control and crashed at a Gas Station at Manhattan Road and Rt. 52.   Both Bryant and a passenger had to be hospitalized.   Their conditions were not released.   Bryant is facing multiple charges.
