The Kankakee area has its first baby of 2022. The stork stopped at St. Mary’s Hospital at 11:25 Sunday morning to deliver Carmen Olivia Munoz who entered the world at 7 pounds 4 ounces. She is the daughter of Deana Diaz and Ivan Munoz of St. Anne.
Riverside Medical Center first born of the New Year was delivered this morning at 3:37 when 7 pound, 6 ounce Avonna Lei Tate arrived. The proud parents are Toree Autman and Erik Tate Jr. of Bourbonnais. As is tradition at Riverside the family gets a gift basket loaded with necessities from Riverside’s gift shop and a 365 dollar gift card from Walmart.
