Cleanup Closes Road for a Time

Wilmington Peotone Road was closed for a few hours this morning because of a storm related issue.  Police had to shut down the road between Rt. 45 and Old Chicago Road to allow crews to get in there and free a semi that had gotten stuck in the snow along with several other smaller vehicles.  Traffic was diverted while the cleanup took place. Wilmington Peotone Road has since reopened.
