Train Truck Collision Injures One in Grundy County

There was a train truck accident today in Grundy County that sent one person to the hospital.  Police say it was about 7:30 yesterday morning when the box truck and the train collided at the Rt. 47 and Grand Ridge Road crossing.  No other details have been released, the truck driver’s injury is believed to be non-life threatening.  The crossing has since reopened.
