Hoopeston man dies in crash

A Hoopeston man is dead and another man is hurt following a crash in Vermilion County.  State police say Charlie Dickerson the third was driving a GMC Envoy early Monday on Illinois Route when his front passenger-side tire went flat, causing the vehicle to go off the road south of Hoopeston.  The vehicle rolled multiple times, ejecting Dickerson and his passenger.  Dickerson died, while his passenger was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
