New stop signs in Kankakee

If you drive in the city of Kankakee you have a few more stop signs to contend with today. The city took to social media yesterday to announce the City of Kankakee has installed new stop signs at East Merchant and South Greenwood as well as South Greenwood and East Eagle. The city says the signs were installed to streets safer by encouraging vehicles to slow down, noting those intersections are now 4-way stop.
