A 20,000 dollar arrest warrant has been issued for a Wilmington man who allegedly struck a police officer and two nurses over the course of three visits to Morris Hospital last month. Grundy County Sheriff’s police say one of the nurses ended up with a concussion because of the incident. Police are still looking for 40 year old Richard Bingham who is charged with Aggravated Battery to a police officer and four counts of aggravated Battery to a nurse. All are class 3 felonies.
