A second Paxton Buckley Loda 8th grader expelled for racist video

A 2^nd Paxton Buckley Loda 8^th grader has been expelled after the two created and then posted on Snapchat a racist threatening video aimed at a fellow student from Paxton. Both boys are 14 years old.  The expulsion takes effect immediately, but does allow for remote learning and participation in sports. The two boys, one of Loda the other from Rankin are not facing any criminal charges.  The tape has been condemned by school officials.
